Return Policy :

JUDEX wants its clients to have the greatest possible shopping experience to improve their quality of life. Once delivered, opened, or used goods cannot be returned to the seller because they cannot be used again or sold.

If the consumer receives a broken, damaged, or leaked product, they should contact our customer service within 48 hours. After carefully reviewing the refund policy, a refund or exchange may be started in case of a product delivery that is severely damaged (leaking, broken, or missing components) due to transit.

This policy will not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or incorrect application of our goods, which include active natural extracts and chemicals. Additionally, this does not cover consequences resulting from particular sensitivities to a product or ingredient, and patch testing is recommended as stated for all products.

 

 

Refund Policy :

After the products are delivered, JUDEX is not liable for any damage.

For claims involving missing items, leaks, breakage, damage, or wrong products, an unboxing video must be sent with the original packaging.

In case of a refund to be claimed kindly email us on judexfragrance@gmail.com with the necessary images and videos related to your claim.

Cancellation Policy :

Order cancellations can only be handled before shipment from the warehouses. In order to cancel your order, a 2.5% gateway fee will be applied.

Within 15 days of the cancellation being accepted, a refund for paid orders will be provided to the original payment account. Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped from the warehouses, and if they are returned to the vendor (prepaid orders), a fee of 50 will be charged.
